About this shelter

Yorkshire Terrier Rescue in Chapmansboro, TN

Yorkshire Terrier Rescue is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization based in Pleasant View, Tennessee, about 20 miles northwest of Clarksville, and is open 24 hours every day of the week. Operating since 1997 as Yorkshire Terrier National Rescue, it dedicates itself solely to rescuing and re-homing Yorkshire Terriers across the country. Dogs in its care live in foster homes and are spayed/neutered, heartworm tested, medically cleared, vaccinated, and microchipped before placement. Adopters go through a careful screening process, including pre-adoptive interviews, in-home checks, and personal and veterinary reference checks to ensure a responsible, loving forever home.
