About this shelter

Putnam County Animal Care—Animal Shelter in Greencastle, IN

It's open Wednesday and Thursday from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Friday and Saturday from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Every animal made available for adoption is spayed or neutered, microchipped, vaccinated, and treated with preventive medications, with any obvious health issues addressed before placement. Adoption fees start around $50, and each adoption includes veterinary and vaccination records, transition food, a blanket, toys, and a standing promise to always welcome the pet back if the placement doesn't work out.
