Adoption Process
Prospective adopters are required to submit an application. This application will be reviewed and approved only if the adopter meets the necessary fence requirements, successfully completes a veterinary check, and passes a phone interview. Additionally, the adopter must sign an adoption contract and pay an adoption fee ranging from $275 to $375.

Great Pyrs & Paws Rescue in Bend, OR
We are a nonprofit organization focused on the rescue, rehabilitation, and rehoming of Great Pyrenees. We save these dogs from high-kill shelters in Texas where they are at risk of euthanization and find them new homes throughout the western states. We provide education to our adopters and carefully select the most suitable homes for these dogs.
