Adoption Process

Our adoption process begins with the submission and approval of an online application. Following this, we conduct a home check to ensure a suitable environment for the dog. If all conditions are met, the adoption is finalized through a contract that stipulates the dog must be returned to us if the adopter is unable to keep it. Our adoption fees range from $150 to $500, with the majority falling between $350 and $400. These fees cover spaying or neutering, microchipping, vaccinations, transportation, and access to online training videos.

Service Areas

We are located in Menifee, California, and Lebanon, Oregon. Our rescue efforts focus primarily on Southern California, while our adoptions mainly take place in Oregon.

JMM Rescue in Lebanon, OR

Meaza and Deb have been involved in animal rescue for approximately five years and have worked together for the last three to four years. Both share a deep passion for animals, transitioning from networking to active rescue efforts. Their organization operates as a foster-based rescue, predominantly caring for dogs and puppies in Southern California before facilitating their adoption in Oregon. They rescue animals from shelters, conduct street rescues, and accept owner surrenders. The organization places a strong emphasis on the importance of spaying and neutering, as well as training, which is highlighted on their Facebook page. While they aim to achieve 501(c)(3) nonprofit status, they have not yet initiated the process. They are affiliated with a sister organization, Sunstone Service Dogs, which is already a 501(c)(3). They have observed a significant overpopulation issue in California that is less prevalent in Oregon, and together they have successfully rescued hundreds of dogs and placed them in loving homes. They are committed to being a humble part of the rescue community and greatly appreciate their fosters, adopters, and other supporters.
