Adoption Process

The adoption fee for kittens under one year of age is $90, while the fee for adult cats over one year is $75. All cats are spayed or neutered, tested for FIV and FeLV, fully vaccinated against rabies and distemper, dewormed, treated for fleas, and microchipped. To initiate the adoption process, an application must be completed. Once the application is approved, an adoption contract will be required.

At Orphan Angels, our foster and adoption programs are dedicated to finding loving forever homes for homeless cats, including those with special needs, FIV, and FeLV. We believe that every cat is adoptable, although some may require additional time, patience, and understanding to find their ideal match. Our facility operates as a free-roaming sanctuary, allowing most of the over 100 cats on-site to move freely throughout the space. The few cats that are housed in cages are there due to specific medical or dietary needs, and we are actively working to address these situations through our ongoing renovation project. As a no-kill shelter, we do not euthanize cats based on financial constraints or lack of space. We are committed to being a voice for those who cannot speak for themselves.
