Adoption Process

The adoption process begins with potential adopters submitting an application, which includes references. If the application is approved, the adopters will be referred to the foster caregiver to address any questions and assess the suitability of the adopter. Upon approval, adopters are required to sign a contract and pay an adoption fee. They are also responsible for a transport fee at the time of delivery. Adopters will receive the dog's medical records and are required to have the dog spayed or neutered at the appropriate age. The requirements for adoption include that adopters must be over 21 years old and must spay or neuter the dog by six months of age.
