Adoption Process

All of my dogs have been neutered or spayed, received veterinary examinations, are fully vaccinated, dewormed, groomed, and screened for heartworms. They are up to date on heartworm prevention, as well as flea and tick treatments. Additionally, all dogs are microchipped. The adoption fee for adult dogs is $250, while puppies are available for $300.

Cody's Friends Rescue in Dallas, TX

Cody, a small black and white Shih Tzu, was the first pet I had as an adult. I unknowingly purchased him from a puppy mill, and he struggled to survive during the early months of his life. This experience ignited a deep passion in me to rescue as many dogs as possible by collaborating with other rescue organizations and saving those in need from the streets and shelters. Although Cody's life was cut short due to health issues, I cherished eight wonderful years with him, and he will always hold a special place in my heart. To date, I have rescued over 400 dogs, and I am proud to say that we are making a meaningful impact.
