We operate a prison dog program where dogs are available for adoption to anyone with an approved application. Prospective adopters must be able to come to Coldwater, MI, on the designated adoption day.

RPSM is a prison dog program that benefits both dogs and individuals. The program focuses on rescuing overlooked dogs from shelters due to behavioral issues. Every ten weeks, a group of 14 dogs participates in the program to learn proper manners. Upon completion of their training, these dogs are adopted into approved homes. This initiative creates a win-win-win situation: the dogs gain good behavior and find forever families, families receive trained dogs, and inmates acquire valuable skills that will help them secure employment upon their release.
