Operation Freedom Ride in Rochester, NY
We are a non-profit organization dedicated to rescuing dogs and cats through a fully foster-based model. We accept animals from local shelters in the Rochester area, as well as owner surrenders and strays. Additionally, we travel to southern states to rescue dogs from overcrowded and underfunded shelters. Our mission is to find loving, permanent homes for as many dogs and cats as possible, ensuring they do not return to shelters or face life on the streets.
