Adoption Process
The adoption process includes the completion of an adoption application, followed by three personal reference checks and a veterinary reference check. A home visit will be conducted, and upon approval, an adoption contract will be signed. The adopted pet will be spayed or neutered, microchipped, and vaccinated. Additionally, medical care will be provided, including heartworm prevention and treatment, as well as any other necessary medical needs.

Across America Boxer Rescue in Burnsville, MN
Our Rescue is a volunteer organization focused on rescuing, rehabilitating, and rehoming unwanted and abandoned Boxer dogs. When Boxers are in need, the dedicated volunteers of Across America Boxer Rescue respond promptly. Our mission encompasses both hands-on rescue efforts and educational initiatives. We are committed to assisting as many Boxers as possible, especially those that have faced difficult circumstances. Every Boxer that enters our rescue is examined by a veterinarian, brought up to date on vaccinations, tested for heartworm, placed on heartworm preventive medication, and sterilized prior to adoption. We assess each Boxer's personality and temperament to ensure they are matched with the most suitable home.
