Pawsitive Difference in Las Vegas, NV

PAWsitive Difference is dedicated to rescuing, fostering, and adopting dogs from families who can no longer care for them. We also take in many dogs that have been abandoned or are on the euthanasia list at local animal shelters, providing them with loving homes. Our organization is based in Las Vegas, Nevada. In addition to our rescue efforts, we support veterans and senior citizens by assisting with the costs associated with pet care, including food, grooming, vaccinations, and veterinary services. Since many of our services are costly, we rely entirely on monetary donations from generous supporters. The organization was founded by Annette Thomas, a passionate animal lover and hair stylist, who has dedicated over 22 years to re-homing and rehabilitating more than 200 dogs. Her commitment to rescuing, fostering, adopting, and providing hospice care for these animals stems from her deep love for them. Co-founder Margaret Deibert, an accountant, encouraged Annette to establish PAWsitive Difference as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. She assisted with the necessary paperwork, leading to the official formation of PAWsitive Difference Pet Rescue in July 2015.
