Adoption Process

The adoption fee ranges from $300 to $450. The process begins with completing an Adoption Application. Following this, there will be a brief interview with a representative from 4 Paws Kiddo Rescue, after which a home visit will be conducted to ensure that the dog is placed in a safe environment. Upon successful adoption, you will be required to sign an Adoption Agreement. We ensure that each dog is up to date on vaccinations, microchipped, and spayed or neutered. You will receive your new dog’s vaccination and health records, spay/neuter certificate, and microchip number upon completion of the adoption. If you adopt a puppy that is too young to be spayed or neutered, 4 Paws Kiddo Rescue will arrange for the procedure at a clinic of our choice at no additional cost once the puppy reaches the appropriate age.

4 Paws Kiddo Rescue was founded in 2018 after years of involvement in various aspects of animal rescue, including transportation, caregiving, and volunteering. Our mission is primarily to assist dogs in need of socialization and medical care, ensuring they receive the support necessary to find healthy, permanent homes. Additionally, we strive to connect dogs in need of homes with individuals seeking specific breeds or characteristics. While our main focus is on small to medium-sized dogs, we have successfully placed larger dogs with suitable owners and, on occasion, have also found homes for cats. A significant portion of our efforts is dedicated to injured and at-risk dogs requiring extra physical or psychological care. We frequently take in dogs with severe injuries, chronic illnesses, and age-related conditions. We also invest considerable time in helping dogs with socialization challenges learn to trust people, other dogs, and new environments.
