Adoption Process
The adoption fees are as follows: $175 for dogs, $225 for puppies, $125 for senior dogs (over 6 years old), and $100 for cats. An application is required, along with a home check and a landlord check if you are renting. All pets are spayed or neutered, up to date on vaccinations, microchipped, and heartworm tested for dogs. Cats are tested for FIV and FeLV.

We are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit animal rescue organization that operates on a foster-based model. Our focus is exclusively on animals from the local shelter in Yuba City. Every Saturday, we take shelter dogs and foster dogs to PetSmart for adoption events. I have served as the director for three years, but I have been a volunteer with ResQpaws since its founding in 2011. I find great fulfillment in my work, as it is incredibly rewarding to help find loving homes for dogs and cats. My passion for animals drives me to seek out the perfect homes for each pet.
