Adoption Process

We appreciate your interest in adopting. The adoption process begins with completing an adoption application. Once your application is submitted, it will be reviewed and approved. Following approval, we will arrange a meet and greet with your family. After that, a home check will be conducted. Finally, you will be required to sign a contract to finalize the adoption.

R&R Boxer Rescue is operated entirely by volunteers dedicated to finding homes for dogs that are difficult to place. Our focus is on the rescue, rehabilitation, and placement of companion dogs, primarily, though not exclusively, of the Boxer breed. The majority of our dogs are rescued from high-kill shelters across Southern California.
