Adoption Process
The adoption process involves several key steps: First, you will need to complete a Dog Adoption Application. You can either fill out the application through the provided link or contact us at [email protected] if you have any questions. Next, a home check will be conducted, which may occur after you meet the dog or at the same time. Following this, you will be required to sign an Adoption Contract. There is also an adoption fee, which can be found on each pet's profile. All dogs adopted through our organization will be microchipped, dewormed, vaccinated according to their schedule, and spayed or neutered prior to adoption. Please allow your new pet a few weeks to adjust to their new environment. Each dog is unique, and the time it takes to acclimate may vary. With patience, you will be rewarded with a lifetime of companionship and love from your new friend.

We serve the Greater Sacramento Area, including Placer and Sacramento Counties, as well as parts of Yolo, Sutter, and other surrounding regions, depending on the availability of volunteers.
