Adoption Process

The adoption process includes submitting an application to identify the most suitable homes. Applicants will participate in an interview with an Adoption Ambassador and arrange a meet-and-greet with their family and any existing pets. Additionally, adopters must sign an adoption contract and pay an adoption fee. The fees are as follows: $150 for adult dogs, $175 for puppies (6 months or younger), $75 for senior dogs (7 years or older), $75 for kittens (6 months or younger), $50 for adult cats, and $25 for senior cats.

Domino Effect Animal Rescue is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, no-kill organization based in Temecula Valley, California. Our mission is to provide animals with a second chance at finding a forever home. We focus on educating the public about the challenges faced by animals in public shelters, promoting adoption as the preferred option for those seeking a new pet. In addition to rescuing animals from public shelters, we also accept pets that are relinquished by their owners. We provide care for all animals in our custody until they are adopted into loving families. Each animal we rescue not only receives care but also helps to create space in city shelters, enabling other animals to have a better chance of adoption and ultimately saving more lives.
