ROTR is dedicated to rescuing dogs and cats from kill shelters and the streets. We offer medical care, dental services, grooming, socialization, and assistance with re-homing. Our passion for animals drives us to save as many lives as we can. As a small rescue organization for dogs and cats, we welcome you to the ROTR family once you adopt an animal from us.
