Adoption Process
The adoption fees vary based on the specific needs of the animal. To begin the process, a pre-application must be completed on our website and submitted via email. Next, a phone interview will be conducted. We will also contact references provided by the applicant. A home visit may be arranged if necessary, followed by an in-person interview. Finally, an adoption contract will need to be signed.

We serve all of Shasta, Tehama, Siskiyou, and Trinity counties, as well as individuals who are willing to travel to meet our animals.
