Cat's Cradle of Virginia in Harrisonburg, VA

Cat's Cradle is a nonprofit organization dedicated to animal welfare, operating as a no-kill facility. We focus on Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) programs, rescue efforts, and maintaining a network of volunteer foster homes. Last year, we facilitated approximately 2,300 spay and neuter surgeries and successfully placed around 300 cats in new homes. I have been a volunteer for about ten years, with a passion for fostering, while also participating in various operational roles within the organization. My commitment stems from a deep love for animals and a desire to make a positive impact in the field of animal welfare, particularly through public education.

Adoption process

To adopt a pet, you must first have your application approved. An adoption contract will need to be signed, and the adoption fee varies depending on whether you are local or non-local. All of our cats are spayed or neutered and vaccinated before being adopted.
