Adoption Process

The adoption process involves several steps. First, an application must be submitted and subsequently reviewed and verified. Once approved, a contract will be signed. The adoption fee is a minimum of $100, but it may vary based on donations received.

Jeffrey A. Smith is the Co-founder and President of a nonprofit organization dedicated to animal welfare. The organization collaborates with public and local shelters to support special needs, overlooked, and critically at-risk dogs, preventing their euthanasia. Additionally, it partners with no-kill shelters to provide conditioning, training, and adoption services for these animals.
