For the Love of Dogs in Dayton, TN
We primarily rescue small senior dogs and those with special needs. These dogs are often surrendered to shelters or abandoned when family members pass away or are unable to care for them. At 72 years old, I have owned dogs for most of my life. My journey in rescue began after I retired from the Coast Guard, driven by the urgent need to help animals in our area, where euthanasia rates are alarmingly high.
