The Bouncy, Food-Loving Cutie — Meet CESAR!Cesar comes to us as a stray after a concerned neighbor reached out to our officers, worried because he was consistently roaming the area and appeared to have been left behind. With no owner in sight and no one coming to claim him, this little cutie pie is now searching for his new forever family!At 34.20 pounds, he’s the perfect fun-sized buddy — and we just know hearts are going to melt for this guy.One important note: Cesar loves food, so watch those fingers when you offer treats.
