Little Lost Boy No More — Meet Lucian!After wandering into his finder’s front yard, Lucian was brought to us in hopes that he had a microchip and could be reunited with his family. In the short time he spent with his finders, they told us he was friendly and full of tail wags. Their toddler was excited and quickly approached him, thinking Lucian wanted to play — but Lucian was simply tired, scared, and possibly hungry. And honestly, in this heat, playtime may be overrated! He was definitely not interested in playing.Sadly, Lucian had no chip and no ID tag, and no one came to reclaim him during his stray hold with us, even after he appeared on our website throughout the entire hold.So now, Lucian is officially looking for his new forever family.At 9.30 pounds, this adorable little cutie is ready to take up someone’s whole heart. At just 1 year old, he hopes to spend the rest of his life with a family who will love him forever.We always recommend meet-and-greets with other dogs and children before adoption to ensure a great fit. We do not have information on how he does with cats and cannot test for this.
