More about Madison (ADOPTION PENDING)

Madison, aka Maddie, is an approx. 2yo, 10 1/2-lb. spunky little doxie mix who gets along well with other dogs, kids and adults. We have not seen her around cats. She walks pretty well on a leash with just a bit of pulling, but she corrects easily. Crate training is a work in progress. She sleeps well through the night in the human bed - she wants to be where the other dogs and people are. She rides well in a car tethered in for safety. Maddie is house trained and will go through a doggie door to relieve herself. She loves to play fetch with tennis balls and will play keep away with the other dogs. She loves stuffies but can't have them because she tends to pull the stuffing out. Harder toys are more her style. She is a medium-to-high energy girl and gets the zoomies with her foster fur sibling, so for that reason we are preferring she have a fenced yard. But she also knows how to chill and become a little cuddle bug.
