Casper is an adorable 2 year 1 month old English Bulldog, weighing 34 lbs, who has been waiting at the shelter since 4/25/26 for a fresh start. Casper is the cutest little bulldog with an un-boo-lievably gentle, lovable personality when I met him that won me over instantly. He’s eager to get outside, easy to leash up, and walks nicely by your side. He potties outside right away and seems happiest soaking up fresh air and spending time with people.Right now, Casper has been under the weather, so his outside time has been limited. He’s been pretty low energy at the shelter, though that may just be because he hasn’t been feeling his best. Even so, he has been sweet, affectionate, and easygoing when I’ve met him. Casper has not yet participated in playgroup and may do better as your one and only. In typical bulldog fashion, Casper does appear to have some skin irritation that will require attention.If you’re looking for a loyal companion with a big heart, adorable squishy face, and goofy charm to keep you smiling, Casper is ready to disappear from shelter life and materialize right into your home. ?????
