At first, Tipsy is a little reserved. She likes to scope out the situation, make sure the vibes are right, and quietly sip from the sidelines. But once she settles in? Ohhhh buddy. The party starts.  Suddenly she’s zooming around the house like she just discovered happy hour, bouncing from toy to toy, tripping over her own giant puppy paws, and convincing the other pups to join her chaos.
