Hello, my name is Wilhelmina.I was in "jail" at Jefferson County Animal Control because I was running loose and trapped. I was transferred to Jefferson College where I was training future Vet Technicians. Once I was done there, I was transferred to my current foster dad because I am very friendly and love attention.
