He came from North Carolina and has been in 3 homes in his 9 months of life... why?! No one has taken the time to socialize him and work with him on manners. He’s still a puppy, for goodness’ sake, but he’s smart and will learn quickly. Hugo needs someone who won't give up on him, as the other 3 homes have. Are you that family? All he wants is love and a home! This boy needs stability, so we need to know you will be with him for the rest of his days. Dachshunds are often not patient with little kids, and kids can accidentally hurt a dachshund’s back or get bitten.
