Meet Ren!Ren is a 21-pound cuddle bug with a big personality and an even bigger heart. If he had his way, he'd spend every moment curled up beside you—or even better, somehow attached to you. Affectionate, curious, and endlessly adorable, Ren is happiest when he's included in whatever you're doing.He walks beautifully on leash, naturally staying close to his person and frequently checking in along the way. He loves toys, enjoys daily walks and adventures, rides well in the car, and is always ready to supervise the neighborhood from his favorite window perch. Despite his Jack Russell roots, Ren has a more moderate energy level and is just as happy exploring as he is cuddling.Ren gets along well with other dogs and would likely enjoy having a canine companion. He is still working on his house training and will need continued consistency, and he should be crated when left alone since he's known to entertain himself by chewing things he shouldn't.His ideal home is one that will include him in everyday adventures, keep plenty of toys around, and appreciate having a constant companion by their side. If you're looking for a loyal little shadow who will happily join you wherever life takes you, Ren is ready to meet you. This dog is up to date on vaccinations and is spayed or neutered. It is likely both parents were mixed breeds as well. Sandy Paws Rescue does not have a public shelter in Massachusetts. Our dogs reside in private foster homes or boarding kennels in the South until adopted.
