Meet Egan!Meet a laid-back gentleman with a heart of gold. This 5-year-old male cat is the perfect blend of calm companion and quiet charmer. With his easygoing nature, Egan is happiest lounging in a cozy spot, keeping you company while you read, work, or relax. He is past the kitten chaos stage, which means no wild midnight zoomies—just steady, mellow vibes and plenty of appreciation for the simple things in life, like a sunny window, a soft blanket, or a good chin scratch. When Egan trusts you, he’ll show his affectionate side with gentle purrs and loyal companionship. He would do best in a home that values a peaceful environment where he can truly settle in.Adoptable cats/kittens are spayed/neutered, started on core vaccines per shelter protocols, microchipped, FIV/FeLV tested, and started on monthly preventatives. Adoptions hours (no appointment needed) are M/T/W/F 10 am - 12:30 pm and 2 pm -4 pm; TH 10 am -12:30 pm and 2 pm -6:30 pm, and SAT 9 am -1 pm. If no one answers, please leave a detailed message with your name and phone number, and the call will be returned by end of business Monday - Friday.Adopters can prepare for their visit by being 18 years of age or older, having permission from their landlord to bring a new pet into their household, having some form of ID that shows their current address, and by bringing a suitable carrier to take their new companion home in. The adoption fee can be paid using cash, debit or credit and is based on age: Cats 1 year and younger are $75; cats 2 years to 7 years are $50; and 8 years and older are $25.
