More about Mello

This cat is part of our shelter outreach program where we take pets from overcrowded shelters in hopes of finding them a forever home here! We generally do not have much background info on them. They are all up to date on vaccines, spayed/neutered and microchipped.  FIV/Felv negative. Im Mello and Im just like my name, mellow...and SWEET!  I was abandoned in a shopping cart in NY before I came to a busy city shelter in need of lots of medical work.  I was nursed back to health and now I am ready to find my forever family!  I love to be around people.  I love to sit next to you or on your lap.  I am a purring machine!  I like to be brushed too.  Everyone here tells me I'm an awesome little guy who will make anyone happy!  At first they said I was 5yrs old, but now they think Im older like 12....so maybe I am somewhere in between?? LOL!  If you are looking for a calmer older guy, please come meet me!
