Hi there! My name is Red, and I’m a shepherd mix with a beautiful, rich red coat to match my name. I recently made a big journey with my siblings, and I’m now settling into foster life and discovering what it means to be safe, loved, and cared for. Let me tell you… I’m really starting to enjoy it here. I’m getting all the attention and affection I deserve, and I’m soaking it up with my whole heart. I’ve already adjusted nicely to crate training and am working hard on my potty training—my foster says I’m going to have it perfected very soon! I’m also a quick learner (they keep calling me a little genius ). In just a short time, I’ve nearly mastered “sit” and “come.” I love learning, especially when it means I get praise, treats, and your attention. I’m gentle, smart, and I love looking right into your eyes like I already know we’re meant to be friends.
