Bella can be a little shy when meeting new people, often taking her time to observe from a safe, cozy spot before deciding to come closer. But with a bit of patience and a calm environment, her true personality begins to shine. Once she starts to feel comfortable, Bella shows her sweet side in soft, subtle ways—slow blinks, quiet companionship, and the occasional nuzzle when she’s ready. She enjoys peaceful surroundings and would thrive in a home that can give her the time and understanding she needs to build trust. Bella may not demand attention right away, but the bond you’ll build with her will be something special. If you’re looking for a loving companion who will blossom at her own pace, this lovely tiger girl is ready to find her forever home.Bella is on-site and available for introductions during open adoption hours. The adoption paperwork can be completed now with your new pet able to go home as soon as the spay/neuter procedure has been completed.Adoptable cats/kittens are spayed/neutered, started on core vaccines per shelter protocols, microchipped, FIV/FeLV tested, and started on monthly preventatives. Adoptions hours (no appointment needed) are M/T/W/F 10 am - 12:30 pm and 2 pm -4 pm; TH 10 am -12:30 pm and 2 pm -6:30 pm, and SAT 9 am -1 pm. To schedule an appointment outside of those hours, and/or to learn more information regarding a particular animal, please call the Feline Department at 410-848-4810 ext 816. If no one answers, please leave a detailed message with your name and phone number, and the call will be returned by end of business Monday - Friday.Adopters can prepare for their visit by being 18 years of age or older, having permission from their landlord to bring a new pet into their household, having some form of ID that shows their current address, and by bringing a suitable carrier to take their new companion home in. The adoption fee can be paid using cash, debit or credit and is based on age: Cats 1 year and younger are $75; cats 2 years to 7 years are $50; and 8 years and older are $25.
