Baxter came just as an owner surrender when his family is living situation changed and they can no longer care for him he's still a shy little boy and slightly overweight so he will benefit from moderate exercise. Sadly this boy is heartworm positive and will need to begin his heartworm treatment. During his heartworm treatment he will need to be on crate rest for approximately 90 days
