Introducing Elmyra. At around 1 year young, this sweet girl may start off a little shy—but give her a moment, and you’ll see her gentle, loving personality shine through. Once she feels safe, she’s all about companionship and affection. Elmyra would thrive with a feline friend in her forever home to help her feel confident and at ease. Dogs are still a mystery, as she hasn’t met any yet, but she would likely do just fine with respectful, school-aged kiddos who understand her softer nature. Elmyra’s story started with uncertainty, she was abandoned alongside three other cats—but the good news is they’re all now safe, cared for, and surrounded by love as they wait for their second chance. Now all she needs is a home to call her own. They are litterbox trained unless otherwise noted. Please be aware we do not walk around standing & holding our shelter cats - this is unnatural to them, and we like to keep them as comfortable as possible.  Please read the entire bio before emailing the foster with questions.
