Welcome Baxter.  Baxter is a 12-14 week old, 15 lb, flat coated border collie mix. This little dude made his way over from City of Tulare Animal He’s got class clown written all over him. Such a sweet, wiggly, ball of baby border collie energy. . He loves the resident dogs. Cats, critters, and livestock unknown at this time but he’s the perfect age and size for a seamless introduction. He rides nicely and quietly in the car crated. He’s just a baby, potty training status is to be determined.
