Charlie had a rough start- her previous owner (now charged) dragged her from the back of his car. She underwent skin graft surgeries and heartworm treatment and has come out on the other side ready for her forever. Charlie would do best in a home with older children and as you're one and only dog. It's time to show Charlie what a truly loving family is! Will that be you?  Applicants must be over the age of 25 and a homeowner.
