More about Ralph

Ralph is a gentle, sweet-natured boy who is still building his confidence and learning to feel safe in the world around him. While he may not be as outgoing as his brother, Ralph shines in his own quiet way—especially when he has a patient and understanding person by his side.   He follows direction very well and is eager to please, especially when food is involved—this makes him a great candidate for continued positive reinforcement training. With a little time, consistency, and encouragement, Ralph will continue to blossom and come out of his shell.   Ralph has a calm, relaxed side that truly comes out once he’s comfortable. He absolutely loves curling up in a big, cozy bed and settling in for some quiet downtime.   On walks, Ralph is learning his manners and will need some guidance—he has shown interest in things like cat droppings, so continued training will help teach him what’s appropriate. With his willingness to learn, he’s sure to make great progress.
