FENNEL IS SCHEDULED FOR HER SPAY ON JUNE 25, 2026 WHEN SHE IS 16 WEEKS OLD. SHE IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR ADOPTION OUTSIDE A 30 MINUTE RADIUS OF DES MOINES DUE TO HER VETTING NEEDS.  Fennel is a mixed breed puppy who was born February 27, 2026 after her momma was rescued from a homeless camp in Oklahoma. She is one of a litter of 8. Fennel weighs just under 9 lbs. right now, at 8 weeks old, and is expected to be a medium sized dog when full.grown. Her momma, Marty, weighs 35 lbs. but we don't know who Daddy is. Fennel is working on socializing with other dogs and learning the basics of being a house dog.
