He has not been around cats but would most likely just want to be friends, although if they ran, he'd probably think they were wanting to play. Arthur has met kids over 10 and was great with them.Arthur is crate trained and is mostly house trained, but may have the occasional accident if his cues are missed. He walks well on a leash, but like most puppies, is easily distracted. He is a fast learner and is eager to please.Arthur has a wonderful personality and will make his new family very happy.
