More about Baby

Hi there, future best friend My name is Baby.  I’m a 10-year-old Chihuahua with a little sprinkle of gray on my face (I like to think it makes me look wise and distinguished). Don’t let my age fool you though—I’ve still got plenty of spunk and pep in my step! I enjoy my walks and I’m very polite on a leash. No pulling here—just happy little strolls by your side. If you’re looking for a social butterfly… you found her. I love people. Like, really love them. Strangers?? They are just friends I haven’t met yet. I’ll happily greet anyone with a wag and a smile. I’m not shy in the slightest, and I’ve never been the type to snap or growl. I’m all sweetness, all the time.  Other dogs? Big, small, in-between—I get along with everyone. I haven’t had the chance to meet any cats yet, but honestly, I’m such an easygoing girl, I’d probably be just fine sharing my space.  I’m a well-mannered lady, too. I’m housebroken and even know how to use a pee pad if needed. I aim to make life as easy as possible for my person. Oh—and I can “sit pretty”! It’s adorable, if I do say so myself.  I also be right by your side if I hear the sound of a treat bag opening. Now… I should mention I’m a tiny bit on the chunky side. I may have enjoyed a few too many table scraps in my past life (no regrets!), but I’m ready to keep things balanced with you—maybe with some walks and healthy treats. What I’m really looking for is a loving home—maybe with someone who wants a chill little companion to keep them company. I’d be perfect for someone who appreciates the gentle, easy love that only a sweet senior like me can give.  If you’ve got a cozy spot on the couch and room in your heart, I promise I’ll fill your days with warmth, companionship, and lots of tail wags.
