04/02/26Meet Tawny!Tawny has really been opening up since she came to the shelter in early March. At first she was super fearful and did not like people near her. Now she lets us pet her and she even asks for pets sometimes! She has always walked great on leash since she's been at the shelter, so going for walks could be a great way to bond with this shy girl. Tawny has been noted to have pelvic limb (hind limb) paresis, weakness of the rear legs, so a walk to a nice shady spot in the park to play may be perfect for this sweet girl.Tawny wants a calm home who will allow her time to get used to the new environment and let her true self come out.
