He met new friends, was great in a public setting, took pets and treats like a happy young guy, and even graciously let a much larger loose dog meet and sniff. And when an 8-year-old boy came up to pet him, Zuni’s tail went wagging wild; both boys were happy as heck.Zuni had a big day: he chased toys and balls on the patio, had a little down time sitting quietly on the cushion at the house, and headed over to an adoption event at Whole Foods. He was roundly admired, was happy, patient, shared treats well with the other dogs, but sadly he did not find his forever home. But he will!Zuni seems house trained, knows sit, and might just be the most enthusiastic dog you’ll ever meet—everything is exciting, everyone is a friend, and every moment is playtime.
