Once he feels safe, his playful and loyal personality really shines.He walks fairly well on leash and just needs a little confidence and gentle guidance to become a more polished walking partner. With consistency and positive reinforcement, he’ll continue to grow and gain confidence.Rusty would do best with someone who can provide structure, encouragement, and lots of love.
