More about Doris

This dog is part of our shelter outreach program where we take dogs from overcrowded shelters in hopes of finding them a forever home here! We generally do not have much background info on them and cannot guarantee they are housebroken.  They are all up to date on vaccines, spayed/neutered and microchipped. Meet Doris  At 10–12 years young (15lbs), this sweet little Dachshund still has plenty of pep in her step! Doris was sadly found as a stray—likely after spending years having litter after litter—but those days are behind her now. She’s currently getting the medical care she needs and will be spayed before heading off to her forever home. Despite everything she’s been through, Doris is full of life, love, and tail wags. She’s ready to finally be someone’s cherished companion.  If you’re looking for a loyal little shadow with a big heart, Doris is your girl. Let’s give this deserving senior the happy ending she’s been waiting for.
