Meet Merle! Merle is the definition of a devoted companion. He bonds deeply with his person and will love you with his whole heart — the kind of dog who doesn’t just follow you, he belongs with you. He adores his foster moms 6 month old grandchild.He is fantastic with people, affectionate, obedient, and eager to connect. He walks well on leash, enjoys being active, and is settling into home life beautifully. He’s already showing how adaptable and loving he truly is. He’s also been a gentleman with both cats and babies — respectful of space, gentle, and full of sweet kisses.Merle can live with other dogs just prefers some time to settle in before playing with them. He doesn’t need a dog companion — his person or family is his world.
