When we first met Nala, it was heartbreaking. She was confused, scared, and shutting down, not understanding why the people she trusted had left her behind.   Since coming into our care, Nala has been given the time and patience she needed to decompress. While she has made progress, learning to trust again has been a slow journey for her. The world feels a little safer now, but she still needs someone special who understands that trust takes time.   Nala is looking for a quiet, calm home with a patient adopter who is willing to move at her pace, earn her trust, and give her the safe and loving environment she deserves.
