Kellie is a gentle, sweet girl who is just beginning her journey of learning that the world can be a safe and loving place. She recently arrived from Kentucky and is still settling into her foster home, where her quiet, tender personality is starting to shine.Kellie would thrive in a calm, patient home with another confident and friendly dog who can show her the ropes and help build her confidence. She can be wary of men, loud sounds, and fast movements, and she may get skittish when she sees people while out on walks, often wanting to move away to feel safe. Because of this, she’s hoping for a quiet home with someone who can be around much of the time to help her continue to adjust at her own pace.While she’s still figuring out toys, Kellie already knows she loves cozy couch time and being close to her person. She also enjoys a good chew and relaxing near the people she trusts most.
