Purcell showed up during the end of February snowstorm, crying to get into a home.  Purcell had extremely matted fur, matted all the way down to the skin.  After hours of work, the matted areas have been shaved.  Purcell is a friendly but opinionated fella.  He's been vaccinated against rabies and distemper.  Purcell is neutered and negative for both FIV and feline leukemia.  Purcell is available for $50.   At this point, we think Purcell would be best as an only cat (but that may change if he adapts to others).  We don't think he'd tolerate young kids pulling his tail or fur.     Please note that Purcell is located in New Prague, MN. 1800+ adoptions and counting. . .
