THis cutie pie's name is Dakota. With big, round, chocolate colored eyes, a perfectly pouty lip, and ears that make he rlook like a teddy bear- Dakota is just too cute! Dakota's a young, silly girl that loves to romp around and play with her toys or even with dogs friends. While Dakota is typically excited to meet strangers, she takes a little while to wamr up and become comofrtable with being touched. With a little bit of time and trust, Dakota will become your best friend. Dakota's snuggly and sweet, and loves sleeping in bed or snuggling on the couch with her people. Although she's not a puppy, she still has puppy energy! So her next home should be puppy proofed in prearation! She's a girl that's high energy and always looking for sometihng to do! Giving her outlets, like toys, licky mats, kongs, or long lasting chews is a great way to keep her mind occupied and let her settle. Dakota's potty trained and learning how to walk on leash politely. In the shelter, she's known for her silly ways of laying and stretching out in her kennel! She likes to kick her back legs out behind her and stretchhhh! Dakota could potnetially live with a well matched dog friend or older kids that can support her training. She would not like to live with cats!
